Barnacle Goose
Bernacula
These birds are born from driftwood in the sea. They hang by their beaks from timber washed ashore, enclosed in shells, until fully fledged, whereupon they take flight.
Moralisatio
That which seems impossible to nature is possible to God. The barnacle goose confounds those who insist on understanding every mystery through reason alone.
Creation exceeds the catalogue of human expectation.
