A sprawling urban landscape under an eternal overcast sky. Buildings are architecturally inconsistent: Art Deco facades next to Brutalist towers next to structures from no identifiable tradition. Streets follow no grid. GPS devices display coordinates that do not exist on Earth.
Entities
Window-watchers. Silhouettes in upper-floor windows that track your movement. They have been seen communicating with each other via flashlight signals in a code that has not been deciphered.
Survival Tip
Stay at street level. Do not enter buildings above three stories. The subway system is functional but its destinations are Level names, not station names. Choose carefully.
