A circle enclosing a pentagram, at each point of which stands a different divine name. At center, the word ALHIM in ancient Hebrew script. Between the star's points, five seals of saturnine spirits are drawn as binding marks. The outer ring bears the words of Deuteronomy 6:4.

Engrave upon lead during the darkest hour of Saturday night. The operator must recite the Shema while inscribing each divine name. Bury the pentacle beneath the threshold of the dwelling. It remains effective for one full year, after which it must be renewed.
