Broken jade upon the ground;
The dealer says it has no value.
But the craftsman sees the veins inside —
From fragments, he carves a masterpiece.

INTERPRETATION
What appears broken or worthless contains material for greatness. The dealer sees surface damage; the craftsman sees inner structure. You are the craftsman today. Work with what is broken — it will yield more than the whole.
ADVICE
Pick up the broken jade. The fracture reveals the best veins.
