The throw blanket is draped over the armrest as if someone just stood up. There is a body-shaped warmth impression in the center cushion. The air above it shimmers.
Ambience
The HVAC system cycling. The faint creak of the building's steel frame contracting in the cold. A sound like someone clearing their throat from Vignette #7.
